Which is healthier in the morning bagel w/cc or cup o' noodles?

I usually start my mornings w a bagel so I'm not sure and I've done some research saying both are bad? I don't know everything we eat is usually bad but like I eat it and that's usually the only thing I eat all day. So which should be eaten?
