And yet women and men are reportedly less happy then they have been in decades according to nearly every study.
Now obviously, high fees for education and the strenuous work load are contributing. But having a partner (stable one) is crucial in a person's overall happiness. We desire a connection with another being early on. That role and the need for that role, that role being emotional stability and care will always be a necessity.
Liking sex a lot, that is actually hurting people and not creating them joy, rather its making them depressed.
Other than reasons 5, 6 and 8, I don't see these as valid reasons for staying single. They're just excuses... Religion is whatever because not everyone is religious and a lot of people are open minded and are okay with whatever religions. Not everyone has student loan debt and it's not like most people share that with their partner. They might share a loan for shared property or something like normal couples... Just because You're racking up multiple degrees, doesn't mean you have no time for others. You basically may as well become a shut in with no friends if you're using that as a valid excuse.
I'm not saying that being single is wrong. I can't see myself in a romantic relationship, even if I wanted one. I can't live with or without women. If you want to be single, you do you. I don't blame you.
I completely agree with your list. I look for girlfriend s that don't want relationships because relationships are time and energy consuming and I don't have time for one. I hope that in the future more women have less interest in relationships. Living independent lives and having good women friends is the best way to live.

None of those have to prevent you from having a relationship, but it makes sense that people want to prioritize their career.
That being said, I find promiscuity pretty unnattractive so I'm not very interested in settling down with a girl who had a habit of hooking up with random guys off tinder when she was in her prime and then decides when she's almost 30 she wants to settle down with a stable guy. I mean its great for her if she can have her cake and eat it to, but I definitely wouldn't want to be the guy that marries a girl like that.

1) What career half the girls I know have asimple job those that do have finished university and working.
2) I've never seen a girl do an advanced degree very few go to a masters and beyond.

Honestly numbers 1, 2, 5, and 6 are all good reasons to be single. This is a new era. The days of tge woman staying home has been over for a very long time. I truly believe that career woman, that has her shit together, make good money, take care of what she needs to take care, should never settle for anyone that is not on her level, or better. A woman can always do better and should never downgrade herself for No one not even herself.
I don’t find anything wrong with any of those points and I agree with them all except the sex part (point 7), but I’m just thinking about myself. For me, sex is not important.
Tradition is overrated. Not everyone wants a family and that’s perfectly fine. Live your life. Do you.
ACTUAL REASONS Millennial women are staying single.
1. Apps like tinder have given women a entitled shallow self perception where they expect perfection and when the slightest thing doesn't go their way they jump on the next dick showing them attention, because they can go on any app and have guys make them feel important.
2. They are too busy racking up numbers of random cock (and VDs).
3. They haven't hit middle age yet and haven't been forced to settle because the world is still giving them things based on their looks.
Those all sound like excuses, not reasons.
Ya know, I work a high pressure job and there are a lot of people at my firm above me who are early/mid 30s and haven't been able to keep a relationship going and have pretty much given up. Why? They're selfish assholes. Sure, being a selfish asshole helps you get a lot of nice stuff and its helps you kill it in a career, but when it comes to relationships and love? Its killer.
We are worshiping ourselves, we are putting ourselves at the very center of the world, we are freeing ourselves from what society tells us we should do... but at what cost?
This isn't a gendered topic, men are doing it too. I know people say to always love yourself, but I disagree. Love others before yourself, and you'll be surprised how things change.

5,6,7 are my reasons mostly.
I haven't found the right man yet. And I'm okay taking the time to work on myself and my career vs fixating on finding a partner. Also, in my last relationship-my sex drive was an issue for half the relationship.
I don't agree having a family or being single is not WRONG. What is wrong is acting like your better then someone just because you were able to find someone and have kids with them or you single and get dick or pussy as much as you want. It just pathetic and quite frankly why even care what other people do? maybe I don't know focus on yourself and your life and stop giving other people any fucks.

True. Under certain circumstances
The majority of women don't have college degrees and are actually working menial jobs such as secretaries, cashiers and waitresses. Others are working as teachers and nurses. So the myth that the majority of women are too rich and to important to be bothered with relationships is just that. A feminist myth which demeans every working women, without a college degree, who actually earns less money today than working women living during the 1950's earned.
I blame this on #4, no religion, #7, the slut factor, and, of course, the MGTOW movement.
The only problem is if you give up on relationships when you are young, you give up on them forever. Most guys won't date someone who lived that single life for an extended period of time and the ones that do are usually not the best catch.
Personally I think women who find a career more fulfilling than creating children and having a family to be mentally damaged. I am a man with a very impactful and respectable career which people would find exceptional yet I only do it as a means to an end to having a family, I think family is way more important. So when a woman thinks her social media marketing job or HR job is so fulfilling I think they are just losers or something, for something so dumb to be so important to them.
There's nothing wrong with women wanting to be single. The traditional "get married and have kids" is not for everyone. A lot of women used to get married early because that was the norm, and they ended up being unhappy. Of course, not all of them but still. I'm just glad we're slowly understanding that there are more things in life than getting married. That doesn't mean that you won't see traditional families anymore so stop the drama. Just live and let live.
I'm just gonna be real: the only reasons that I have personally seen in my own life are focused on career, and haven't met Mr. Right. Every Millennial girl I know who claims to like being single is really just incredibly jilted by men and has given up on romance for the time being.
This is stupid I'll tell you why women are staying single. You're staying single because you have impeccably high standards that only 1% of the male population can reach so when men take a look at you and see how ridiculous you women act it makes some guys rather just want to pump and dump you instead of trying to meet your expectations. And you have bitchy attitudes too. No sensible guy wants that. And then when you get older and you realize you can't get the magical man you want for a relationship you go through a process called "settling".

And yeah some men have high standards but there really not as high as you think. The few guys out there who think they can land a model while having nothing going for themselves are delusional I will admit that. But for women, your standards are absurd. Its amazing how so many of you think Mr. Perfect exists. No one is saying you have to date a guy who's a scrub. There are plenty of good guys to date. You just choose to ignore them because he's not the dream guy who's completely imaginary. If you want to wait on a fictional person that's absolutely fine. Just expect years of disappointment.
Tinder effect.
Women rate 80% of men as below average. (hypergamy combined with how we currently lie to men about what women want, making them way less attractive) Then they get on tinder, manage to get banged by one of the rare guys they find hot, he never calls back, and they think that if they just get banged enough by enough hot guys one will eventually want to date her.
Nothing wrong with it. Not all women want to spend years with a guy whose whole life consists of taking her out to "elegant" fast food joints, then coming home and watching "the game," any game, night after night, and swilling beer, soon develops a pot belly, and at 35, still lives in his college sweat shirt. Also, diaper changing and the subsequent PTA meetings aren't for everybody.

I mean, you do you. But I'm going to do me and men are going to do themselves as well, meaning that when you're 35 with 10 degrees, a successful career, no debt and loads of money and fwbs, I'm still not attracted to any of those things and you won't get much in the way of "dessert" from us.
Again, you can do what you want, but there's this implication that comes across wherein it seems like women feel as though they've justified why they do what they do -- and as such should be entitled to get what they want later should they change their minds. Own your choices.
