An ambivert would be ideal, because I'd want someone who's similar to myself, because I feel it'd work best, because we can relate to each other and understand each other better, something I'd imagine is important in a relationship.I'm more on the introvert side, so I'd say an introvert, out of the two, but I wouldn't want someone who's like 100% introvert or 100% extrovert, but I do think it's kind of hard to come across someone who's completely one or the other.
I'm as introverted as they get (with a healthy sprinkling of shy and quiet). I would prefer an introverted partner so that we can enjoy each other's company without outside interference (it's so much easier to focus attention on one person). An Ambivert might also be fun, but I seriously doubt an extrovert would be able to stand me. My ability to zone out is actually enhanced the higher the number of people conversing around me.
I’m an introvert dating an extrovert and I’d say we’re a good match.I can see benefits to dating a fellow introvert (we’d both understand each other’s need for quiet recharge time) but I don’t think that gaining that sort of understanding is impossible for anyone to achieve if they want to. My boyfriend is really good at that, plus I kinda like that being with him forces me out of my shell far too often. Otherwise, I would be a perfectly happy hermit. 🦀
I'm an extroverted and I feel like I would be better off with an extroverted partner. My last relationship was with an introverted guy and I couldn't go anywhere near a party with him because I would have to constantly talk to him as for him to not be alone. That restricts the fun one could have as a whole. Also, introverts don't like parties, they would be drained and kinda obliged to show up because of the extrovert.
I look for a combination of humility and audacity in my lovers. I can accept either personality as a lover.
I'm an Extrovert and my partner needs to be an Extrovert. Normally I agree that opposites attract but I've tried relationships with Introverts and I felt suffocated in their world while they felt like they were being electrocuted in mine; Misery for both of us!!! I'm always wanting to go go go and want to stay stay stay...
I'm in the middle. I can be really talkative and social but I just tend to be picky with whom it's with and like time to myself. I guess ideally my partner would be very social or outgoing but then like time to themselves as well. I think shyness is cute and I love the humbleness of it. I do like a person that likes to be social though. I wouldn't want them to hate people and I love a positive girl. I'd basically want to date myself lol.
As an extroverted person myself I enjoyed going out so I'd enjoy and extroverted partner so we can enjoy these things together, however I can be introverted at times and I can easily do things for an introverted partner and this would be an easy compromise for us
Ideal would to be extroverted, as then we could do more things. However, as they say, be careful what you wish for, as you may get it. What you think something will be like, certainly isn't always that it turns out to be like.
Most women prefer extroverts because they equate that with confidence which isn’t always true. Genetically I unfortunately inherited my moms personality (she’s very introverted) but I also got some of my dads sense of humor. But I prefer introverted girls more. They understand me better. Also an extroverted girl usually has a large network of friends. If she’s attractive that’s risky. More danger of her cheating or dumping me fast if someone better comes along (which has happened).
As an introvert -- I'd prefer an ambivert. Someone who's more extroverted than myself, but still knows what it's like to value time alone.
Introvert like I am myself. Extroverts make great friends but it'd be way too tiring to have one around me all the time.
I'm an introvert. I would prefer an introverted partner so they understand my need to recharge alone. However, I'd appreciate a partner who's less shy than me
I’m an introvert so I’d prefer an extrovert or ambivert to balance me out.
A good balance, I need someone to take care of social situations for me.
I prefer an introvert, I talk a lot so I need a man who can handle that.
Either/or. Just has to be social. My partner is extroverted.
Introverted.Because I am myself introverted and I find extroverted people too exhausting to be around them all the time.
Extroverted because I’m introverted. I need someone who’s outgoing to take the attention off of me and to get comfortable with being around others.
extroverted. i am a big extrovert and i would want them to be able to go to social events with me and be comftorable
intro. i used to be an extro. i don't want that much sensory input anymore.
I'm an introvert, but I'd prefer my ideal partner to an extrovert so she could help me feel comfortable, let loose, and come out of my shell more.
I’m an introvert so I’d probably prefer someone who’s also more introverted
I'd prefer an ambivert who leans slightly more towards extroverted. I'm an ambivert who slightly leans more towards introverted.
Since I'm more introverted/antisocial, I prefer him to be extroverted.
I am introvert, so is my partner. She however is very open when with me.
Extrovert and an extrovert. I just get along far better with the happy outgoing sorts.
Introvert, because I am an extroverted introvert. I full extrovert I learned would not be ideal.
Not how it works but you're ambivert then.
Extrovert since I’m introverted, I don’t want a guy who’s shy like me
Prefer an extroverted man but an ambivert is ideal.
Introvert. I feel like I’d get annoyed by an extrovert partner
Extroverts are annoying they just blurt out random shit tbh. Introverts speak with quality rather than shite
i'm introverted so i'd kind of like an extroverted partner to balance that out. not the crazy loud and annoying type extrovert though. just the outgoing type.
i'm kinda both but lean more towards introvert so i'd say introvert
