It's in our nature to fight over women. In fact, our primate ancestors risk their lives by mating.
Check it out: I believe this is why men fear approaching attractive women. We were born with an evolutionary adaptation that engages the flight or fight response in anticipation of male confrontation around the woman.
I believe this is why some men get very serious when approaching sex. It's no joke.
I also think this could be why guys who are too nice get shot down by girls. They lack awareness of the threats of mating, ie. they are too oblivious. Too carefree. Unintentionally reckless, perhaps, which makes them look stupid (possibly).
So, since I'm just figuring this out essentially for the first time I'm curious to know: how many of you have fought over a woman? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
