Even like a young Brad Pitt, who I thought was super good-looking, isn't very popular in Asia, for example. I find more Japanese women than not who didn't find him good-looking and I was like, "What? Are you crazy?" But you know, that shows how different people can be in terms of how they evaluate looks. What does seem close to universal though across cultures is a preference towards health bodies, although there are still lots of exceptions (especially in cultures like the US and UK). But that's about the closest to a pseudo-objective measure of your looks as I see it is to base it on how strong and healthy and energetic you are.
