by the way these questions should be things you are genuinely curious about. I read your question again and noted it’s not just about ‘keeping her happy’. She may have days where she feels sad or fearful or all range of emotions. As a real human being you can’t expect her to always be happy in general or be happy with you. But instead you can ask questions and really learn more about what makes her tick and how she wants to be supported when she does feel sad. You can learn what she finds exciting when she feels bored. Just like she does for you, you can help be a spark plug in her life and stimulate her to snap back into the moment when something is weighing heavy on her heart.
