If the question is just about her owning a gun then ofcourse. I don't mind women who own guns. I just don't want untrained civilians carrying guns in the streets.
You favor one set of rules for one group of people and another set of rules for another group of people.Dumb.
@gotc147 incorrect. If someone can demonstrate adequate firearm knowledge, aswell as an acceptable reason for needing to carry a firearm in public, then I am okay with it. I don't see personal protection as an adequate reason unless they can demonstrate a real threat to their safety/life, such as a violent stalker or is testifying against a criminal who may seek revenge (witness protection program). The average person should not need a firearm to protect themselves in public.
I don't want untrained civilians carrying guns in my country (canada).
In public in my country*
Other examples could be a security guard, a police officer, military personnel, etc.
As I said, dumb.
Sure, having standards for people to follow before they can carry lethal weapons in public is dumb. I bet you are against driver licenses too because its every americans right to drive.
The reason chivalry is dead is feminism killed it. Women wanted equality. You got it. And killed the incentive for men to behave in a chivalrous manner.
Chivalry isn't dead with many men. A girl can be treated equally and still be treated as a girl.
Yeah a woman wants all the good for her and all the trash for the man, this is why there a lot of crimes and violence against women...😏If a woman acts like a man around me, i'll beat the sh*t out of her!If she acts nice and knows her limits, i'll make her a princess...
@TonyMetal_1986 good to know there's a litmus test for whether or not your future girlfriends will get beaten by you. Must be reassuring for them.
But I'll offer one concession here: I agree that women shouldn't try to act like men. But elf protection has nothing to do with femininity pr lack thereof.
*self ; *or
@SomeGuyCalledTom i know, but i don't like tough women because tough women brings you trouble and while your walking with them, you will feel sometimes that your walking with a guy and not a girl, lost all their feminine traits.

The time you will need your gun to defend yourself will be the time you say "I don't need to carry today, I'd have to be paranoid to bring my gun with me here!"
@front2back You could say similar things about hundreds of things. Every day we take a risk. We might get injured or killed in a thousand ways. Most of them could be prevented, if only we had the means to deal with each of them. But we can't live life that way, by preparing for all the thousands of ways we might get killed on any given day.Guns are fairly commonly used to prevent/stop crimes. I've stopped a crime with a gun myself. But the VAST majority of those situations are in the home, at work such as a convenience store, or some kind of high risk situation. It would be EXTREMELY rare that a gun would be needed by someone who is just being out and about on their daily business.
It's second amendment sir lol..
@spartan55 hahaha. There you go ;)
Why are guns an issue?
Because there are too many people who shouldn't have access to them, that do. Hence the mass shooting problem, etc. The thing is the criminals don't follow the law (by definition) so that's why you see most of these shootings occur in "Gun Free Zones". All a "Gun Free Zone" does is prevents law abiding citizens from carrying there. As a result, the lunatic gets a free shooting gallery.
@spartan55 the guns are not the issue.. everybody can get one in any country if they really want to. Either way, you could a lot easier get away with stabbing multiple people than shooting someone. The “bad” guys will always have the guns, so why can’t the “good” guys also own one, or more ;)?
That's the way I look at it. If some scumbag is going to try to bring harm to me or my son I want to be prepared to deal with it.
To answer your updated, I can only speak for myself but girls in power are hot, it's not an asthetic thing it's a psychological thing. And if @Apple1996 brings a gun into the bed room and forces me to have sex with her. That's me done! Just seeing her carry around a piece would make me hot at bothered. It explains why I am so attracted to policewomen 👮🏼♀️www.google.com/search
I prefer knifes over guns but sure
I hope you don't plan to cut anything if I piss you off...👀🙈😂
@tara987 because none of them is a real man!
You don't have to be conservative to want to carry a gun by the way.
Right on, tara987I have generally liberal values. Actually, I'm far to the left of what passes for liberal these days. But I'm a strong supporter of second amendment rights.
Re your update: personal safety is always a good reason to carry, and that applies to everyone.
To the guy who disliked my opinion: I live in Canada where there aren't mass shootings every day and you can't buy military grade weapons to "defend" your home...
How is it relevant? You can't understand how ot might be slightly controversial?
I understand how it could be perceived as "controversial" by little idiots who let social media do the thinking for them. If that's you, well, tough.
Little idiots? Why bother answering a question that isn't relevant to you? Take a breath, chief.
To make you wonder.
Ashh the guy would really only care if he is a woman beater? 😆
Eathen fuck them motherfucker who cares what thay say !!
^^^ Now it's gonna be stuck in my head
