Why is it so hard to talk to women?

As a pansexual (bisexual) woman and I find it incredibly hard to talk to women I'm interested in.

It's obviously something to do with my own insecurities: I never feel good enough for anyone, I feel like I have nothing to contribute and when I try to contribute I feel annoying and needy. I assume every girl I talk to just thinks I want attention.

But it could also be my personality: when I'm not panicking I'm loud, crude, obnoxious and i have a tendency to draw attention to myself (even when I don't mean to).

Maybe it's the way i look: In my day-to-day i dress "provocatively" but I never wear makeup or do anything with my hair so I kind of just look like a lesbian from the neck-up. I also wear a lot of comfy men's clothes with glorious, wonderful POCKETS.

I don't know. I'm probably a spaz and won't get a girlfriend any time soon.
If you have any advice I'd appreciate a comment.
