I would ensure it's legal for sure first if I were you. Wanting to be the house wife is not a bad thing. Some big things to consider, make sure he is not a drug addict or drinker, if he is 30 then he needs to offer more in terms of owning a house, having a better job, etc. If he has children from a different relationship know that might be weird being their stepmom when maybe you're their age. Then also consider he may just want to use you for sex. So it's important to require him to marry you first to show commitment.
