Or no-one of that and is simply that those guys are not muscular and "cool".
@Hawner Those would fall under the umbrella of “unattractive”.
So, anyone who is not muscular is unattractive?
@Hawner Being muscular and cool are conventionally attractive qualities so guys who aren’t like that, unless they have other conventionally attractive qualities, would likely be considered unattractive.
That is like dating that any women that is not blonde isn't attractive because, conventionally, being blonde is more attractive. It has exactly the same logic.
@Hawner You didn’t understand what I said. According to my logic, if blonde hair was considered more conventionally attractive than other hair colors, a non-blonde woman with other conventionally attractive qualities could still be considered attractive. You can lack a conventionally attractive trait and make up for it with other conventionally attractive traits to still be conventionally attractive.
I understood you better than yourself. As you wrote it, by having ANY of the possibilities, boys are not desirable. By your logic, not being blonde means you aren't desirable either, no matter how good you are on other aspects. So, don't try to change now your point.
@Hawner I assume you’re talking about the point where you brought up guys who aren’t muscular and cool and I said they’re unattractive. I said that because the only information you provided told me that they lack conventionally attractive qualities, so I thought they would be considered unattractive. When you asked me whether anyone who isn’t muscular is unattractive, I said that if a guy isn’t muscular or cool but has other conventionally attractive qualities then he could still be considered attractive. I have different opinions based on different descriptions.
The information I provided is all there is to it. Girls want well-toned boys that are cool. Any boy who isn't, regardless of intelligence, niceness or general good attitude, will be ignored. Simple as that. What you fail to understand is that "attractiveness" is not something that is fixed and affects all equally, but a subjective issue that reach one feels different, both in what is it that attracts is and how much. Being so, it can't be considered a reason why some guys can't get a girlfriend. Since you defend the contrary, any "ugly" guy that is smart, nice and has no problem talking to girls will definitely fail just because of that. With the blonde point, I tried to make you see the mistake in yours: boys are not ugly, just like there is no ugly girl, but you want what society made you think is hot and cool, disregarding the rest.
@Hawner I’ve seen fat, scrawny, ugly, and uncool guys who still get female attention and have relationships. Muscular, cool guys are considered more attractive but it’s not impossible for a girl to like a guy if he doesn’t have those traits. I realize that members of each gender don’t all find the same qualities and people attractive but there are conventional standards of attractiveness that most women would agree on and I based my responses off of those.
You just defeated you own point. Thank you.
