Is there another option where you can still date women? Because I have yet to meet one without some kind of insecurity over her looks.

I've worked with models and actresses who were very insecure about their appearance. It's a pretty normal thing, actually.

My advice would be not to date someone whom is insecure about their looks. But ego wants to spend their entire life alone? Not me!

Let me explain. Unfortunately most people (especially women) today compare themselves to other women/men they see in the media, (facebook, Instagram, television, porn etc.). In some ways humanity has benefited from technology and in other ways the lack of maturity in our culture has held us back and hindered our growth. I. e. Donald J Trump.

My advice, spend less time on social media, more time being comfortable in your own skin. Give yourself and the ones you hold dear to your heart the attention they/you deserve. Live in the now and plan for the future!!

I assume cause most girls are insecure about their looks on some level, you're referring to girls who are really insecure about their looks, in either case, I'd have to get to know her first, but sure, that wouldn't be an issue.
