If a woman has never attracted a man she’d like to date, does that mean she’s unattractive?

And she’s in her mid twenties. She attracts men but just men she doesn’t like back. She’s not asking for supermodels lol. Just someone with a cute face, good gig, decent figure and someone taller than her. She can never get all of those qualities, if she does, they end up being shady
