The female won't take a hint or a note. I've tried telling her I hate her and I don't want to be with her. She won't leave... I want to avoid court, but any option is relevant.

Females very often choose to ignore hints they would NEVER allow men to ignore. It's super-hyporcritical - the 'you must let me have my way' spoilt brats (in adult skins)
Different when there's love there - but that's a 1:1 thing, not something you can get or even have the right to demand- from everyone.

Sounds like you have a leach on your hands. They are extremely difficult to get rid of. You have to get her really mad at you. If that doesn't work, court is your only option. I know, I had one.
