You don't want to hang out. You want a date and a romantic relationship. She is not comfortable with that because you don't know you. That is reserved for a boyfriend and whom she is dating only. Not some random guy or somebody who she isn't dating. That's boundaries. A stranger is a stranger, a friend is a friend, a date is a date and a boyfriend is a boyfriend. You want an intimate relationship, be compatible with her. Determine that with friendship. You want to hang out, you hang out with mutual friends together. Not alone. Never tell a woman you want to hang out. You tell her you to want to go out on a DATE. NOT just go.
