1. Start out calling it what it really is and not by some name that tries to disguise your real purpose. Since you've been together five years, be blatantly honest with him. They'll go back to her apartment. 6. So, you two may not talk about this directly for a few days but the frustration and resentment and anger will continue to come out until, eventually, you have a gigantic argument that leads to the break up. And he'll be back seeing that cute little blonde that same night.

7. OR you could just go ahead and break up now in a civil way without the resentment and anger, because if you don't want to be faithful to him, then what future do you have? Not many people say in a relationship and let their partner fuck somebody else once a year, because after once a year, it's again six months later, then 2 months later, then every weekend, and what's the point of all that?

8. Just go be single and fuck somebody different every weekend, or go find the person who satisfies you enough that you do want to be faithful to them. But don't make a silly game of being in a relationship.

To me, this question is bizarre. Do you really love him? If not, then why is he your boyfriend? What would happen if you got married? What you are proposing is requesting a chance to betray him! There is such a thing as loyalty and commitment. If you expect that from him, then you must give him the same. Either you are in a committed relationship or you are not.

Maybe don't ask for a gall pass because that's not something that should happen in a relationship. But you could suggest bringing a 3rd into the relationship for a threesome, that way it's not cheating on his and he is still involved. No guy I'd going to grant their partner a hall pass just as no girl would. If you really can't do that and feel the need to sleep with others then there is a problem with the relationship and you need to talk about it with him.
