For example, Chad from highschool, 6'2", athletic dude that was smart and good in sports. He uses you for sex and strings along relationship until he is bored of you and moves on. Chad hits you up 10 years later on social media to go out, he now is less fit (loss all his gains), works a 9-5 job making medium income and has a receding hairline. He wishes to now to offer relationship.

For guys. Good relationship with a girl who kept you at a distance to nothing more than friends and basically use you for your services and free attention. She now is over 35 (loss 90% of her egg and has pregnancy complication associated with AMA), less fit and attractive, more psychological baggage than in her 20's due to her exes/failed attempt at nabbing Chad and may have children from other men.
