Yes, it was scary at times. He created opportunities to create hurt, both physical and emotional and had zero remorse. He'd find opportunities to degrade and publicly humiliate and instill fear. Looking back, I wonder if he was bipolar. He could be smiling and happy one minute then, like a switch flipped, his eyes would change becoming hard and cold and you'd learn real quick what was coming.

She was very good at playing a role. She didn't have any real feelings because she was a sociopath and didn't have any. But she had a very rehearsed act that I'm sure she's used again and again on guys till they wised up.

I dated someone with Borderline / Histrionic Personality Disorder. It turned out to be a nightmare.

No but I've dated someone with narcissistic personality disorder and it's very close to sociopathy and psychopathy. It's a super toxic relationship full of emotional abuse and gaslighting. It was an awful experience
