There are some fields that men are more naturally suited for. Men have more single-track and compartmentalized thinking and we also have more upper body strength. We are also better at suppressing our emotions. The sound of a man's voice is also, generally speaking, more forceful and authoritative. These features make us better fits for fields that naturally require them, like the military, law enforcement, construction, professional sports, and blue-collar work.
Women are generally more empathetic, better at expressing and understanding emotions, and better at multitasking. This makes them more approachable and, as a result, more suited for fields that naturally require these features, such as education and nursing.
This doesn't mean that these particular fields exclude certain gifts and traits. A woman has to be able to exercise authority in the classroom and men have to be able to empathize with each other or people in general. Men and women simply have respective feature and gifts that they are more naturally disposed to use and there are positions that require them to be used more often.
You should just google this. There are quite a few gender specific careers that men and women have. Yes they can switch. but for the most part certain gender specific jobs have been the same for a LONG time. www dol gov wb/stats/nontra_traditional_occupations htm
I am a feminist and believe women do some male dominated jobs better, due to personal experiences and observation I think it's the pressure of wanting to be taken seriously.
However to avoid conflict and the unnecessary discrimination, I avoid male dominated jobs, as I am not even talented in those areas. I am good at cooking, sewing and cleaning, I choose to be a fashion designer and seamstress.
My sister wants to be a police officer but she's too beautiful, she won't understand that she's gonna be treated poorly since we live in a third world country, disrespect awaits her, I am still trying to talk her out of it.
As I said since I have no desire to do a man's job especially because I don't wanna be around them, I can only speak for self. Do more feminine stuff ladies and let them get dirty.

For just about any job, there are some men and women who can do equally well at it. Some heavier jobs will have fewer women in them, because a lot of women can't really compete at that level, but there are always some women around who can.
There shouldn't be but it's how society developed. People have it in their heads as if these gender career roles are rooted in cement, and impossible to break due to the hormones in our blood. I think that's absolutely retarded and short sighted. Just because society developed that way does not make it an absolute truth.
there is nothing in this world that women cannot do or not able to do... if she is willing to do something she can, it's just she sacrifices for the sake of her husband or parents everything and live at home... mostly
