Does having these things necessarily mean you are more mature and independent than someone who doesn’t have those things?

Like a girl or a guy who can drive and who has their own car and their own place, vs a guy or girl who can’t drive so it’s no point of having car, still lives with their parents because they’re still in school working toward a degree. And cost of living in their city is pretty high. They have a job, pays their own phone bill. Gets around with their own money without a car and without knowing how to drive.
