In one of my job. I used to enjoy but now that there is a girls that is my nemmsis In my work. I don't enjoy as much. Yet she know to target me. Because I am soft and sensitive.

Stop being soft and sensitive. Problem solved. Walk into her space. Make her uncomfortable. Shrug off things she says. She's just a human. I agree with her to the point of making her uncomfortable. You need a little troll in you. It's helpful.
