How do I kill exam anxiety?

So I have this examination after 11 days from now and my anxiety is really bothering me. I have studied for it as much as I could so that's a relief. The thing is, no amount of studying can guarantee good results, the examination is really unpredictable and the course is very vast too. I have solved past years' question papers and other sample papers but I have managed to do good in them only when I was in a relaxed mood. The tenser I get, the harder it gets for me to solve the problems and I mess up the easiest problems. I don't want my stress to mess the situation up. Any way I can fix it? Thanks :)
