Would you tell your boss if a health issue were affecting your work either mentally, physically, or both?
As much as we like to believe people are sympathetic or understanding, in a lot of offices, you are immediately written off as weak in the dog-eat-dog work culture, you may be passed over for promotions, or your judgment or ability to do the job may forever be questioned because of such an admission. Do you think it's a good idea to say something?
