How should one stay fit, driven and mentally sharp, during times of self-quarantine and staying home?
I have seen driven workaholics getting lazy and comfortable during the past few weeks. My main source of income, and the thing that took most of my time, has been put on hold. I’m not financially ready to take an extended vacation, so I’m gonna have to work extra hard later, to make up for the lost time. I can already feel my mind getting comfortable and my body relaxed. How should one keep stay fit, driven and mentally active during these times?
