I get like that from time to time especially when I feel like its taking a long time to get where im trying to go. I ended up going into the airforce as a Medic. Sometimes when I have too much time on my hands I wonder about the things that maybee i could have done different. I should gave stayed in 20 years and gotten 100 percent of my retirement. Any ways what Im trying to tell you is deppresion is a life long battle but it is manageble once you learn what triggers you. If you can avoid the meds try to with your doctor. One thing I. wished i knew earlier is knowing how to tap into your bodies natural pharmacy. Scents from oils, music and exercise for mebit was high intensity work outs. By far the best treatmentbforvmy anxiety and depression. If it ever feels like too much to handle dont be afraid to reach out even if you just wantbto vent. Good lock

Thanks. Video editing can be indoor. But if you mean recording and filming, yes, it's quite hard to adjust the light. I have no knowledge about photography. When I record a video, I just use a mobile phone. Tougher environment challenges our skills anyways. Keep it up! 😊

@genericname85I've been practicing living a meditative and mindful lifestyle. One thing meditation helps me with is that it calms my anger. I'm not an angry person until recently. I see all the political and police corruption I feel angry. If I don't meditate I can go on a mental anger rage.
@David92506 yeah i've experienced that too. not only the failure of politics and police but also the failure of science, which i see my self a part of makes me sad and angry. i desparately needed distance from that shit happening.
@genericname85Another thing I've noticed is that I'll imagine being bullied by authorities, even though this isn't and has never been the case. I'll imagine my military days where there were plenty of jerks who projected their anger on other people, especially me.I wonder how many other people are like this.
@David92506 well probably people that got bullied in their military times. i got bullied most of my school days. it doesn't really hount me in my imagination or anything but it sure has messed with my self perception a lot. it made me assume something is wrong with me and that's why people bully me. it's like over 10 years ago but that's still something i have to deal with.
@genericname85I understand what you are saying. I come from a dysfunctional family and I thought everything was my fault. I went into therapy, once a week, for 6-years to process this. It changed me from the inside out. But back then I didn't have these "mental anger rages" like I do now.
@David92506 well therapy is really important in those cases. it helped me a bit with my issue too but i think i'll need a better therapist. i mean mine was super nice and i noticed she did her best but i think she couldn't relate properly.
@genericname85I've been to quite a few therapist until I found the right one. Some of them are lazy - they want to do as little work possible for the highest pay. I went to one that had a hidden agenda. He just wanted to talk about accepting Jesus Christ as our personal savior.I tried online therapy and never had a good one. It seemed to me that the therapist hired his/her receptionist to reply to the clients.I hope you find one that helps on different levels.
