56k a year for an entire family is NOTHING. Still poor but you just don’t want to admit
I'm not talking about family lol I'm talking about alone. Not mention my mother had 56k and was stable for the family while I grew up so you clearly don't know how to actually save money and give off gold digger vibes
My husband and I have a 2 bedroom apartment and make around 50k a year and I'd consider us stable. We can afford our bills, have a few thousand in savings and can afford to go out every now and then. Anything more than that I'd consider well off.
How are you with money before hand? Should I woman work on being stable and her self before getting married?
Like before I got married? I was only 20 and still living with my parents. It's pretty impossible to have money that young.

That's very demanding for most people
@Felicityoyo most people aren't financially stable
I'd consider what you're describing as either someone who's very well off or older and has had their whole life to pay off debts and such
@Felicityoyo oh most certainly Those are the people who tend to be most financially stable The house is the hardest part for sure.
Yeah we pay as much for rent as most pay for a mortgage but getting approved for a home loan and saving up for that downpayment while trying to simultaneously pay bills and live off of is really really difficult. I don't know how anyone does it
@Felicityoyo tell me about itThings are a lot harder than they used to be. So many expenses. I think thrift and hardwork are essential to even having a shot at financial stability
Use back burner?
My father has has participated in my irresponsibly
