Because they dominated the workforce in the hospitality, retail, education and travel sectors, all of which have been completely annihilated as part of the 'Great Leap Forward 2.0' towards our "New Normal", with the declared intent to fully automate and/or move all of these jobs online afterwards, and never give these women an opportunity to be re-employed again. This is all in build up for part 2.1, wherein they're planning to use all of these newly unemployed women as tools, inciting them to blame all men and conservatism/"Populism!/Fascism!" for their predicament, and vote in new legislation to both fully digitize currency and gift all unemployed people a 'living allowance' (which they'll be obligated to spend via specified corporate franchises within a specified period, or lose it all instantly- with all options to garner wealth via earnings, inheritance and/or savings removed for all people other than members of the government and corporate executives, thereby ushering in the Neo-Marxists' wet-dream utopian vision of Aristocratic Communist Neo-Serfdom).

And the funny thing is, since Western women in particular are all emotion-driven anti-rational holistic idiots, who fall for the SJW leftist outrage-merchants' emotional gaslighting, blackmail and character assassinations every single time without fail, they're going to pull it off flawlessly, without a hitch.
