i did the calculation as well... single tax is between 25-30%392-288= $104 is about 26% or 27% tax for single personI pay about 35% tax!!! I don't even look at how much i make anymore :( .. i just look at how much i bring home... happier that way... and just save what I can.Our govt takes a lot tax...

You should confront them then. Just in case you can negotiate a deal or something. You won't have to worry about looking for another job. But honestly if they're not paying you OT now then they probably won't after you confront them.
