Do you ever feel down on Sunday before Monday work?

Sunday’s are fundays & I save the Monday Blues for Monday. During the work week no matter what the day is all you have to say is that it’s almost Friday & keep on saying it if you have to.

If i dont prepare, or have a break from work i feel bad. If suggest going for a long walk, to a river, swim and lay down in the sun read a book outside and stretch. Relax and give yourself a break.

Every week. The weekend takes for ever to get here. Then in 5 minutes it's Monday again. Absolutly annoying.
