If a Letter closes with a Question & then states the Question can be Answered in a later Discussion, does that mean Verbally or in a Letter?

Example:
"What is your view on ad marketing, monetization and website design? Those questions can be saved for a future discussion."

Would you take that to mean a verbal discussion, or in another letter that discusses those specific topics?
