how could i make it so i could work longer at this job more then 30

*Work any extra hours/shifts if asked
*Go above and beyond to help customers/coworkers/managers without being asked or prompted...
*Always be friendly and a team player
Try to make yourself a valuable employee that they won't want to lose at the end of the 30 days
