What’s the right major? can I still get the same results?

Anonymous
So I am a freshman in college I am majoring in criminal justice. I aspire to be a lawyer. I was kind of confused on the type of lawyer at first but I think I’m pretty set in family law. The problem is I majori n criminal justice. When I first started I was majoring in political science but I changed that before classes started. I have pretty good grades and all but I want to set myself up for success. I don’t want to put myself behind by being indecisive. Should I change my major to be a family lawyer? Or should I stay in criminal justice? I do see a couple of careers in criminal justice that I may like if I do not become a lawyer. Like a forensic scientist or psychologist. But I just don’t want to be confused. I like both professions but I need what will help me in the long run. What do I do? It’s making me sad because I just do not want to have to stay in the small country town. I want to be successful and this is stressing me out
