It affects the whole situation, that is why nearly everyone asked you what the rumor was. When I ask a poster a question, it is to get me the best information, for the best answer possible.
Your story is so full of holes, yet you won't give details to help you get a better opinion. So this teacher admitted starting the rumor, but was moved to another school, and not terminated? Bullshit. Where's the lawsuit filed against that teacher AND the institution? Didn't think so.

I’m not filing a lawsuit. It’s my choice. Also a teacher would have to basically kill someone before they are fired.
