Finishing college makes younsomeonevwith a college degree. It may make a person better educated, or not. There are ignorant people with a college degree, and educated people who didn’t finish high school.

No don't confuse knowledge with intelligence. Even that can be questioned, plenty of people go through learning nothing useful.
