I think most people are incompetent fools, like legit. Even the ones that think they're competent usually aren't. Sometimes there's a competent person or two in work, but just try your best and you'll sore above the rest because you'd be surprised how many people don't even try their best.

I'm 27 and I've always felt super anxious in all of my work environments but the more people I work with, the more I realize, it does not take much to be the best employee. Show up on time, don't slack off, show an interest in growing. That's really all it takes. Most people call in sick a lot, show up late, laze off when they think people won't notice. If your determined, you'll do great.
