Pretty much, despite what statutory law says, any judge, lawyer, or officer isn't going to let you enforce any rights if you're not a landowner. That's just how capitalism works. You're not a person if you're poor

Well are they kicking you out? I mean they could be selling the house to another landlord.
And I think it depends on where you live. I think 14 days is like the minimum in some places.
