If he owns the business license, the business is his, but if you have any assets in the business, you should absolutely pull out and start your own business. Don't even be afraid to poach his employees or clients. Normally I'd say poaching is wrong, but if you built his business with him and he won't give you a fair wage, then you have as much right to this employees and clients as he does.

Assets to keep in mind, infrastructure, emails, utilities, etc.

If you own the business license, kick him out.

If you share the business license, you should have as much control over the finances as he does.

If you don't own the license or the assets, pulling out a small business loan isn't out of the question if you really believe you can run a business in that industry better than he can. But don't blunder the money. Loans are not a small responsibility.

Don't be afraid to open your business next to his. Its extremely common for businesses in the same industry to be right next to each other and there's good business sense in it if you can do it better.

Going in to business with family is tricky as they get personal very quickly. e. g if you went in to business with anyone else if they were difficult you could just, liquidated the business and split it 50/50. Now this can't be done between family as, they are closer to you, even if it was his idea, he should acknowledge the work you have put in, but since he doesn't they only thing you can do is ask for a share of the money so you can start your own business. Even if he just give you 10% that's better than nothing, also if you are willing to take him to court, you can get a bigger share, if your name is on the paper work as his business partner. If it isn't you will have a hard time proving you did any work at all and therefore you should walk away and start from scratch, as this kind of thing will keep happening, and without you there if you have been doing a lot of the work, the business will collapse with in a few years. As for the sibling thing it's only worth going into business if you agree to split the money 50/50, but I bet either though of you though something like this would occur, so here the thing, sick it out and be unhappy or move on and start your own business, now you know how a business works you can even do the same thing as your brother and she how it goes, you never know you might feel happier than just sitting in a bad situation, were you are not even valued as a work let alone a business partner.
