Converse more with English speakers in English to the best of your ability and don’t be shy about it. Interpals. net is a decent site where people language exchange for free.
Lots and lots of practice. I’ve met people who were self- taught English learners just from constantly interacting with people on the internet. If you want to learn it bad enough, you will. English is a pain in the ass though, so don’t be hard on yourself.

U can use apps like Cambly to learn English. I do not use Cambly because of money issue but ı highly recommend it. I know how it is useful from the people's comments about Cambly.
