What's a career for me if I'm good at sketching?

An illustrator?

If you don't want to digitize your art, that could be very limiting. Although, maybe you just work in whatever mediums you enjoy, and then scan them afterwards. I personally enjoy non-digitally created art too. Digitization after the fact is a good compromise. I don't know if it's economically viable though. Other artists would know better.

Even if you can't make a career of it, nothing needs to stop you from doing it just for the sheer enjoyment of it. Art and creative self-expression adds so much to life. We must never undervalue its impact.

Court room artist. Some Judges refuse to allow cameras in the court room, so instead they lay an artist to sit and do live sketches of witnesses and lawyers and defendents etc. A lot of times their work can be very good. And because court rooms often are full of drama, you can easily catch some very emotional source material to sketch.

Have you tried concept art? Concept artist are always needed. Whether it be illustrations for a book or preproduction art for a video game.
If I gave you a scenario could you draw the first thing that comes to mind that fits the scenario?

Depending how good you are, what about gaming, plenty software companies need artists.

You should try digital arts and animations tho.
