Do I tell part-time employer (where I didn't really get any training, etc.) am looking for another part-time job or no?

The other job never really got any training, a lot of jobs were thrown onto me because employer was more interested in yakking with his colleague than helping other staff, etc.

I am thinking texting him something along this
X I have applied to a part-time job that's very much my forte in YY field. Plan to balance between the two. Just an fyi if they contact you. Had an hour-long interview.

To be blunt I don't trust the little fuck cause he'd probably think it's my flaws why work was faulted when more I was the newest, least trained employee expected to do two people's jobs in a way. So the text is basically saying I applied to something I am more comfortable with / adept in than his job.

Are you sure this question should be in the sexuality category?
I would never tell an existing employer I was looking for another job. I likely wouldn't even tell them if I got another job unless there was a scheduling conflict. If they found out you are looking for another job they may be upset and make your life difficult at work.

I wouldn’t. I’ve never had a prospective employer speak directly to my current boss. I think if they do contact your company, they’ll talk with HR and not your boss. It sounds like you confident that you’re getting that other job. But if you don’t and you already told your current boss, it might be a little awkward. I’d tell them after I get the job. Even though you’re not obligated to. Good luck!

No do not tell them you are looking for another job unless they need to know for some odd reason. A part-time job is like a casual relationship the other person doesn't need to know. But anyway why is this in the sexuality forum?
