What do you mean? I did not understand
As an employer, I have received and reviewed applications via email, if you're the best for the job, there might be chances for you to get the job, but this if we're taking about hours or a couple of days, rather than weeks, also, there's always a chance for more positions to be open in the future, if you think you're good or great for a job, then send your applications. Not every employer is that strict.

What if they took it down for some other reason (i. e. they are not getting enough qualified candidates). Or, they got enough applications and are now processing them. Plus what if a few weeks later the same position reopens internally and they don't need a job posting for it
No employer would do that. Unless the posting shows a date it was posted and they did it with the intention to repost it
I mean I think it could be either or either they may repost it or it's been filled. I know for a fact that two weeks ago it was not filled. Hence, is two weeks enough time to fill a role?
Yes, considering people need to give a 2 week notice to a current employer if they have one
