All the jobs I applied to won't going to start me off a lot. Some would start me off like $8
What jobs are you applying for? If you’re looking into other fast food chains, unless they are reputably better to their workers (like in n out, chick fil a, etc) then you will most likely run into the same issues as now.
I did chick fila but they never call me back. I guess due to lack of experience.
Sorry to hear that. Have you tried a restaurant? You could have a better chance there since you have background in that industry. Moral of the story though is that I think you should look for a new job if they are treating you like this. Even subway has labor laws and you could report to higher up.
Trust I tried a lot of jobs I applied to 100 or more jobs already. Some gave me the job but they would start me off ,$8 or $9 which Im already making $8.25 so there's no point of leaving
I feel like you’d be better off switching. A new job is willing to make your starting pay the same amount it took you 4 raises to get to, which is already better, because most likely you’ll get raises at the new job. Also, wouldn’t it be better to change environments? A different job means different boss and most likely different treatment. No it’s not a guarantee that it would be better, but if your current job is bothering you then I think it’s worth a shot.
Yeah I work 11 hours at subway without a break so.
