I don't know I've been studying a lot at least 8hrs a day and im taking days off but im also going to the gym all this in a year straight. But I've asked this question on another forum and people are saying that i shouldn't be this exhausted especiallywhen i take 2 days off. I've only been going really hard on myself for a year and thats why im ruling out burnout. People get burnout on like year 10 of working hard. I think it might be something wlze
What you are doing is exercising your logical brain, and exercising your physical body. What I'm not hearing is how you're having fun, and how you're engaging your emotional side. Without that, you may well be asking 'why am I doing any of this. I know I'm meant to do this stuff but it doesn't mean anything to me personally.'.
Absolutely I completely agree with you and I've thought about this. I believe it may help if i get more communication and fun times with friends in. Problem is i moved to a new state 5years ago and my friends moved away, got married, or drama happened. So I've been alone for pretty much a year working on myself and my work which im fine with. So i dont have any friends and would have to go make some
Im also moving again in a month or 2 and thought it was unnecessary to put in all that effort to find people to hang out with if im leaving soon. I planned on making friends when i move to my new city
Be kind to yourself in the meantime, sounds like you're doing a good job otherwise. I've lived that life and didn't realise how hollow it had become until almost too late.
