We have an employee who is super problematic. She pretty much has sexually harassed every guy that works here, she has a short temper, has no respect for authority and doesn't do work. She's literally sexually ASSAULTED me so I hate her. She's going to put in her 2 weeks (for the 3rd time) but our area supervisor wants to hire her back AGAIN because we don't have enough people. I'm going to tell him though that I can't stand working with her and tell him all the things she's done to me and that if he rehires her I'm going to quit. I doubt he'd want to pick her over me as I'm the best employee in regards to my division. Is that immoral?
