Can I tell my boss I've had enough of doing my collegues bs?

Part of my job is reception, which I understand.

But when you keep covering for the same receptionist who is always sick and late starts to get on your nerves.

She came in at 10am on a Friday and is off away today.

Her message was like "Something bad happened to me over the weekend. You need to do my cover."

She is leaving for good in a few weeks.

The other receptionist is on leave and I'm scared she's going to do the same thing to me again when the other lady isn't here.

I'm just so fed up of her getting away with everything.

One lady came up to me this morning and was like, where is she today.

Can I say something needs to be done or I'm handing in my notice?

Different excuse with her every week and don't want to be here if the new person is the same.
