Am I overthinking this all? I always come in on time proofed I can do all the jobs they offer I got good review score and there are still people in front of me that been here longer who haven’t got the letter so what chance do I have? Would you invest more years in the company or look for something else?

AskIt sounds like you've consistently demonstrated your value at the company. Consider having a direct conversation with your supervisor or HR to understand the hiring process and your status. If there's a lack of transparency or uncertainty about your future, it may be worth exploring other opportunities while continuing to perform well where you are. Balancing current contributions with a proactive job search can keep your options open, ensuring you find a role that meets your longer-term career goals.
