My Top 7 Movies of all time @_@ 1-Cinema Paradiso 2-Eternal Sunshine of Spotless Mind 3-Oldboy (2003) 4-The Departed (2006) 5- Requiem for a Dream (2000) 6-The Pianist (2002) 7-The Intouchables (2011)
Zodiac I think that's the best one out the selection. Scary to know the killer got away with everything and is still out there ( although it is rumoured the main suspect died of cancer or something like that)
It's very scary, I think that's what makes it slightly creepier than other true crime tales. Glad to see you think so, do you have any suggestions on what movies you'd add to the list?
A good one I watched the other day , Grand Torino with Clint Eastwood , about a man who served in Korea war very old school type, lives in Detroit and the area he lives in the demographic is changing rapidly. He come across and predijudice , angry etc but is a good man and does the ultimate deed for his Viet neighbor.
When Chris Morris gets it right he's too British comedy what David Attenborough is to natural history (And BoatyMcBoatface is too seafearing vehicles!)
This is just part one. I wanted to write about each movie, so I couldn't fit all of them on. There will be several parts to this and I am taking suggestions from people.
haha great, it would be pretty cool if you did some sort of genre thing? Like splitting them by classification of what genre they are? I dunno just an idea I'm throwing around

I've never understood why so many people like "The Big Lebowski". For years I heard people talk about it like it's some kind of classic. I finally saw it last year, and I felt like I had wasted two hours. The characters aren't edgy, just annoying.
Well, of the ones you mention I've only seen "No Country for Old Men", which I liked. I liked "The Sixth Sense". I don't go to theaters much anymore so mostly I watch on OnDemand cable or DVD. I want to see "The Shallows" in theater though, as I just rewatched the original "Jaws".
Pan's Labyrinth and that stupid robot movie. Everything Guillermo Del Toro has made is garbage, I need to stop letting people talk me in to watching anything with his name on it.
can't please everyone. You seen all these movies? What would you recommend? I'm making a master list as this is just part one and you may see one of your favourites up on one of the next takes :)
Not all of them no And im not saying they are bad i just feel like i would put different movies, its just my opinion i hope you dont take it the wrong way... you'll prob look at some of my suggestions and be like "wtf" lol Jaws, gladiator, forrest gump, toy story, fightclub, indiana jones, the good the bad and the ugly, the dark knight, titanic
Those are just a few off the top of my head Lol can you tell action is my favorite genre? Haha Like i said just my opinion
These are just 7 of the hundreds of movies I've seen and this is just one take, there's more to come :) I welcome suggestions actually, the first one was just my ideas and thoughts alone but I wanted to get some feedback to do the next one. Fight club and Indiana Jones and dark knight are all on the master list :) but I'll put the others on too

The big lebowski is the single greatest piece of creativity in history. There I've said it.
Ooh that's a controversial opinion! Not that I don't agree 👍

Lots of these are on my list and I'm planning on doing more of these takes with more movies from the list :)
Have only watched the last two. but ill add the others to the long list
Thanks for reading. Do you have any recommendations to add to the next list?

I love Gran Torino! Yes thank you, gonna add that to the list :)
A movie made by the same guy as Pan's Labyrinth which I believe to be much better is "The Devil's Backbone."
I do like all of his movies, the Devils Backbone is great!
Four Lions is awesome, can I suggest any Shane Meadows movie, but especially Dead Man Shoes.
I love Shane Medows, that's a good suggestion!
And yes someone else who's watched Four Lions!!
When Chris Morris gets it right he's too British comedy what David Attenborough is to natural history (And BoatyMcBoatface is too seafearing vehicles!)
😂 yes! You're so right. Brass Eye is just phenomenal.
Hey let's not ignore The Day Today! That was my beginning of my love affair with Chris Morris's comedy! (And the first sight of Partridge)
True that, he is amazing
Keeping it as real as possible! lol
I think that's why he's so funny though
I think Wizard Of Oz is a must watch, it's easily the most famous movie of all time. I've never seen it and I just ordered it on Blu Ray.
:O you've never seen it? I absolutely adore it, definitely going to add that to the list, thank you :)
Have watched a couple from the list.
Will do with the rest.
They're good! Thanks for reading :)
Lmao In Brudges
Also check out Fight Club
And maybe Shawshank
Also possibly the Prestige
Fight Club and Shawshank will be making an appearance in one of the next parts of this list :) so thanks!
YW! And thanks for the list
Mmmmm... Good taste bunny.
I haven't seen a single one of these. I've seen quite a few movies, though.
That's cool, any you fancy trying sometime?
Especially Pan's Laybrinth is a very special one for me; nice take, thank you.
Me too, glad you enjoyed it, thank you for reading :)
I need to thank for ur effort to type a nice take :) thank you my friend...
Thank you! That means a lot to me :)
Oh you deserved it :) These were my sincere words.
Should've had Seven Psychopaths on this list as well as The Shawshank Redemption. There's a lot more out there.
This is just part one. I wanted to write about each movie, so I couldn't fit all of them on. There will be several parts to this and I am taking suggestions from people.
Oh ok didn't realise, lol good luck on your selection, there's tons for you to choose out there
There really is, that's why I'm not specifying how many parts I'll do but thanks :) I'll put shawshank on the list!
haha great, it would be pretty cool if you did some sort of genre thing? Like splitting them by classification of what genre they are? I dunno just an idea I'm throwing around
I've never understood why so many people like "The Big Lebowski". For years I heard people talk about it like it's some kind of classic. I finally saw it last year, and I felt like I had wasted two hours. The characters aren't edgy, just annoying.
Fair enough, it wasn't for you :) what are some of your favs?
Well, of the ones you mention I've only seen "No Country for Old Men", which I liked. I liked "The Sixth Sense". I don't go to theaters much anymore so mostly I watch on OnDemand cable or DVD. I want to see "The Shallows" in theater though, as I just rewatched the original "Jaws".
All good movies!
perhaps Lebowski was unable to live up to the hype and resulting expectations you had for it
@madhatters4 Yeah I guess. Too many years of expectations piled up.
I've had quite a few movies over hyped for me and ended up hating them so I understand how you feel
Spirited away is the only one I've seen and it's so weird/boring.
Fair enough, do you have any movies you would add to the master list? This is just part one :) which movies are your favourite?
No country for Old men, needed a really hot supporting actress, to keep our attention.
It was a bit toooo slow
Fair enough, I didn't find it slow at all but to each their own.
I want to watch Spirited Away...
It's awesome, so fun, definitely recommended!
the first one is massively overrated and very unitisting with an extremely slow pace. in other words its really boring.
Fair enough :) had a few people say that, thank you for your opinion, any you'd recommend?
Pan's Labyrinth and that stupid robot movie. Everything Guillermo Del Toro has made is garbage, I need to stop letting people talk me in to watching anything with his name on it.
That's fair enough :) they're not for everyone I guess!
I agree with big labowski, no country and pans labyrinth, but id personally switch the others
can't please everyone. You seen all these movies? What would you recommend? I'm making a master list as this is just part one and you may see one of your favourites up on one of the next takes :)

Oh and no offence taken, everyone is different! :) hopefully you'll like the next one better
Forrest gump doesn't make the cut? Lol but Lt. Dan!!!
It may make the cut ;) can't reveal all or it won't be any fun, it's not one of my favourites but I can acknowledge its importance to a lot of people
Howls moving castle is an awesome one!
It definitely is! Think I'll add that to the list
