For me, there are lots.
I was born in 1995, so I barely remember the '90s, but I do remember a few songs, and still listen to a lot of older music.
Closing Time by Semisonic
Semi Charmed Life by Third Eye Blind
As I Lay Me Down by Sophie B. Hawkins (this one always reminds my dad of me because it was popular when I was born)
I Knew I Loved You by Savage Garden (I remember the video to this song, along with the video to Bye Bye Bye by NSYNC, which came out a year later, in 2000)
Slide by Goo Goo Dolls
Iris by Goo Goo Dolls
How's it Going to Be by Third Eye Blind
If You Could Only See by Tonic
Follow You Down by Gin Blossoms
Just Like Anyone by Soul Asylum
Misery by Soul Asylum
Bullet with Butterfly Wings by The Smashing Pumpkins (fun fact: this was released the day I was born!)
I Want You Back by NSYNC
There's probably more, but I can't think of any more off the top of my head right now.

Tough call. So many great songs came from the Seattle grunge scene, I couldnt pick just one. The Tragically Hip put out some awesome songs in the 90s too.
