Other than that The Poughkeepsie Tapes is scary disturbing, but a hard film to find. It was never actually released.

Hmm, good one. I'd have to pick Requiem for a Dream because of the way it would pull you into their dark worlds.
A film that unsettled my world-view is definitely "Dogville" by Lars Von Trier.
Film called Iris was unsettling in its portrayal of a woman losing her mind to dementia.
I forgot the title but basically they were stranded in the middle of the ocean and eventually died.
100% the Serbian film. We watched it baked, but it was still too much.

Mother. It's a newer movie- not even necessarily scary, or a horror film. It manages to make you uncomfortable the whole time, watching it.
Probably a Serbian Film which I think is gonna be most people's worst film.
