  • You shouldn't, I once stayed up for 33 hours because I had to, so if you're busy going from place to place you should be okay but once you're home it's game over even with coffee and energy drinks.

  • The most important thing is to keep yourself busy. Definitely don't lie down abs try to do something mentally challenging, so your brain can't concentrate on the tiredness.
