You know what's unfair?

I'm 17 and I can't attend a concert that I really want to go to but you have to be 21 to attend. I'm so upset. My dad told me he'd buy me tickets and take me and I got so excited but then he found out you have to be 21 so now apparently I can't go. Why? Why can't they just put black X's on my hands like they do at other concerts? I'm not going to drink geez! My dad would be there with me even.

  • Most likely, the band playing isn't for under-aged people.

    • It's more of an event with bands like NOFX and Bad Religion playing

    • Show All
    • Yeah, that :)

    • well that kinda makes sense then. i mean i dont agree with it, and i think the age over here would be 16 rather than 21, but i can see why the age restriction exists. festivals are very, erm, free, haha. most people go there not for music but for alcohol and drugs. i sure did :D

  • With a parent present it shouldn't matter...
